Job Description:
We are currently looking to recruit for a Full Stack Developer within the Infrastructure Management Services space, based at our Chester site. The role is currently available due to the increase in number of initiatives to support mid-range server and workstation automation needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in design, development and support of systems, often using new technologies
- Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource
- May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
- Provides technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a project team or as an individual contributor
Job Requirements:
- Experience of system engineering experience within a large global company
- Extensive experience in Java development
- Experience with Windows/UNIX/Linux system administration and understanding of SAN/NAS storage, and TCP/IP Networking
- Operational experience in software deployment and vulnerability management tools (SCCM/BigFix)
- Knowledge and experience in utility scripting (e.g. bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work with multiple groups to gather business requirements for product evidence and license compliance
- High level of analytical, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals in all regions of the organization
- Ability to understand complex application infrastructure and model for license compliance reporting
- Ability to be a team player with commitment to overall organization goals
Qualification & Experience:
- ITIL Foundational Certified
- Web Development
- Experience with software license compliance reporting.
- Experience with SCCM, BigFix, BladeLogic, SQL, Database Admin, Systems Administration
