Job Description:

That’s why we’ve launched our School Leaver Programme, offering school leavers the opportunity to gain a degree level apprenticeship qualification while also being able to earn money and develop their career with us here at Merlin. The School Leaver Programme lasts 3.5 years and at the end of it you’ll have a Bsc (Hons) in Leadership and Business Management from the University of Aston.

Job Requirements:

• Through the course you’ll be studying Marketing, Financial Management, Excellence in Business and more
• You’ll be taking part in a 3-year degree apprenticeship in Chartered Management – giving you the skills and qualifications to be responsible for people, projects and operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• You could be working as a host, in admissions, or perhaps in customer excellence – but wherever you’re working you’ll be learning the skills you need to gain a management position in the leisure and entertainment industry.
• While you’re studying, you’ll also be getting hands-on experience working within one of our departments, putting what you learn into practice and aiming to obtain a Team Leader role in 6+ months.
