Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Systems Functional Lead to join our Group Finance Systems & Processes Team based at either our Poole HQ or Basingstoke Hub.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acting as 3rd line support for our finance customers and providing cover for the support desk when team members are on leave.
• Supporting our global projects as our functional lead on solution design to deliver robust solutions, encompassing the impact of ongoing maintenance, in line with our governance.
• Supporting new finance systems and building and testing solutions.
• Understanding and advising on the impact of changes and upgrades to our testing lead.

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience with NetSuite; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Inter-company, Projects, Fixed Assets. SuiteBuilder (Custom fields, forms, lists, records and segments), SuiteFlow (Workflows), SuiteAnalytics (Saved Searches and Reports).
• Strong Finance Accounting knowledge coupled with experience of working within a global finance support team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience of Kyriba, Docupeak or Concur would be beneficial but not essential.
• Able to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
