Job Description:

We are currently seeking to recruit a Resort Park Manager to drive daily park operations in a safe and secure environment.

Job Requirements:

• Duty Management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Champion of in house projects and Resort readiness
• Experience of driving operations on the floor
• Crisis management and emergency planning experience

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in leadership; mentoring and coaching teams to give their best performance
• Experience in delivering operational events
• Previous experience in delivering a strong customer focus
• Dynamic interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence others daily
