Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers to place orders, manage stock levels and deliveries, pro-actively solving issues and escalating more serious problems where necessary.
- Ensure stock levels meet required demand, whilst keeping budgets in mind at all times.
- Act as the primary Retail team contact for attractions, responding within a timely manner to queries raised.
- Maintain system accuracy in all relevant systems and report any systems issues through the appropriate channels.
Job Requirements:
- You will have gained experience of working in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
- You will be a natural problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Highly numerate you will be proficient in Microsoft applications particularly Outlook and Excel.
- With a keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will be able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines.
