Job Description:

Our Attractions and Events team are currently recruiting for Events Hosts Waiter/Waitress to join the UK’s most exciting Castle, home to the UK’s largest birds of prey show The Falconers Quest and host to a number of spectacular Attractions and Events such as Oktoberfest, The Haunted Castle, Music Concerts and Christmas at the Castle which includes an ice rink and light show.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clearing & bussing the tables between courses
• Supporting with the set up & close down of event
• Interacting with guests
• Replenish drinks & working on our Bar
• Marshalling events
• Serving Food & Drinks to guests at their tables

Job Requirements:

• A Passion to engage with guests & deliver exceptional customer service
• The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• The ability to work quick & calmly under pressure

Qualification & Experience:

• This is a seasonal role until September 2025.
• You will be required to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Shifts can be up to 12 hours, with a finish time of 3am.
• Therefore flexibility is needed.
• Experience working within food service and/or behind a bar
