Job Description:
Warwick Castle are currently recruiting an Assistant Retail Manager to join our dedicated Retail Team. This role will support the Retail Operations Manager with all aspects of the attractions Retail offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximise revenues through the creative use of visual merchandising techniques, in-house promotions and new developments.
- Drive profitability through daily operational decision making.
- Lead, develop and motivate the team to achieve exceptional service, sales, and retao; standards.
- Maintain a safe environment adhering to the Merlin H&S group policy.
- Investigate and propose cost saving, profit generating ideas
- Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork that fosters, good team relations at all levels
Job Requirements:
- Retail Management Experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous experience organising, motivating, and coaching a team.
- Past experience of leading a successful team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Initiative in problem solving.
- Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- High levels of pro-activity within an operational setting.
