Job Description:

The Adventure Guide is responsible for the day to day operation of multiple activities ranging from Escape rooms, assault course, archery, axe throwing and with the potential of shooting. You will be required to deliver a hands-on and memorial experience to all guests.

Job Requirements:

• A team player who is ready to get stuck in and help other members of staff and guests when needed.
• Have previous experience in a guest facing environment and have excellent customer service skills, however if you don’t and you have the right attitude and passion for guest experience, training can be provided.
• Are proactive, take ownership and hold yourself accountable for your actions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Health and Safety is your number one priority.
• Due to the nature of the role the successful applicants must be aged 18 and over.
• Someone who is committed to the role and has ambition to exceed the limits of success.
• You must have patience and compassion.
• Be passionate about adventure and ensuring all our guests have an amazing experience.
