Merlin Entertainment Jobs – IT Project Manager

Job Description:

Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager to oversee the planning and executing IT projects within Merlin Entertainments, based at either or Madame Tussauds office in central London or Thorpe Park Resort in Chertsey.

Job Requirements:

• To be able to effectively manage shifting priorities within a project through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
• You should be able to understand and clearly articulate the demands of the business in relation to the assigned project(s)

Qualification & Experience:

• To be diplomatic, patient and approachable.
• You will have gained commercial IT experience working with the following technologies and methods: APM (or other/regional equivalent e.g. PMI) Microsoft Office product suite, Coordination and Planning (Microsoft Project).
• Experience of structured methodologies such as TDD, Agile, and Waterfall. ITIL/Microsoft Operations Framework experience / qualified is desirable
