Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planner within our Operational Planning Team; reporting into our Operational Planning Manager. As one of our four permanent workforce Planners, you will work closely with departments, to understand their resourcing needs and to create rotas for our seasonal employees, taking into account holiday requests

Qualification & Experience:

• Work well under pressure
• Great communication skills; with the ability to listen and absorb information, and collaborate with others to find solutions
• Experience in the Microsoft Office suite
• You’ll have an analytical mind and continually look for ways to improve the efficiency of resourcing across the Resort
• You’ll have the ability to learn new systems
