Job Responsibilities:

• You will help to maintain the facilities and equipment right across the Resort carrying out preventive works both back and front of house, as well as responding to breakdown calls and carrying out corrective works.
• With this being an all round facilities role, we welcome any skills and experience you may have, and whilst providing you all the training you need to to succeed.
• You will be a key member of the team in ensuring all facilities and equipment is maintained to a high standard, whilst following our health and safety guidelines, making sure our guests continue to have a memorable day at the Resort.

Job Requirements:

• You will have completed a trade-based apprenticeship, or be qualified to HNC/BTEC level or equivalent, in a building trades/services discipline.
• A multi-trades background is preferred and we would expect you to have adequate working knowledge of associated regulations and legislation.

Qualification & Experience:

• You will be a people’s person, friendly and a real team player, happy to engage with the public and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
• Good at developing sound working relationships and a great communicator; you will be well presented and will take pride in your work.
