Job Description:
LEGOLAND Florida Resort is a 150-acre interactive theme park dedicated to families with children between the ages of 2 and 12. With more than 50 rides, shows, and attractions, and uniquely themed LEGOLAND Water Park, LEGOLAND Hotel, and LEGOLAND Beach Resort inspired by the LEGO and DUPLO brands, LEGOLAND is geared towards family fun!
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs opening and closing routines for the department as defined by the operating procedures, including cashing in and out.
- Making sure all park rules are being followed upon entry and exit.
- Assists guests at the turnstiles – operating the Disabled Access when necessary and assisting Guests with strollers.
- Maintains an accurate count of guests entering and exiting the waterpark on the appropriate equipment.
- Ensures cleanliness in all aspects of the Ticket Booths and Turnstiles area.
- Liaison with General Admissions/Guest Services Lead to resolve any ticket errors at the turnstiles.
Job Requirements:
- Requires excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated and demonstrated initiative.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks is required.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support resort operations.
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Attendance is a mandatory function of this job.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail, Power Point) are an advantage
- Requires the ability to remain calm under pressure.
