Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative elements of employee benefit programs including group medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, defined contribution retirement plans, and other non-statutory programs
- Assists with the planning, delivery, and implementation of Annual Open Enrollment
- Perform various audits of benefit plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensure company compliance with federal and state/local laws as applicable
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits program (H&W, pension plans, statutory and supplemental benefits) for North America
- Collaborate in the development of benefits packages for all health and welfare, 401(k), and wellness initiatives
- Process timely and accurate posting of vendor invoices, ensuring the accuracy of reports and proper allocation across divisions
- Coordinate with TPA to effectively administer and interpret FMLA and ADA policies and implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with Benefit administration
- You’ll be organized and a great problem solver, able to work to deadlines and to agreed processes.
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
Qualification & Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Ability to keep information confidential, understanding requirements such as HIPAA
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
- Minimum of five years of direct experience
