Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative elements of employee benefit programs including group medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits, defined contribution retirement plans, and other non-statutory programs
  • Assists with the planning, delivery, and implementation of Annual Open Enrollment
  • Perform various audits of benefit plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state/local laws as applicable
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits program (H&W, pension plans, statutory and supplemental benefits) for North America
  • Collaborate in the development of benefits packages for all health and welfare, 401(k), and wellness initiatives
  • Process timely and accurate posting of vendor invoices, ensuring the accuracy of reports and proper allocation across divisions
  • Coordinate with TPA to effectively administer and interpret FMLA and ADA policies and implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Benefit administration
  • You’ll be organized and a great problem solver, able to work to deadlines and to agreed processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Ability to keep information confidential, understanding requirements such as HIPAA
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
  • Minimum of five years of direct experience
