Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced and passionate person to join our friendly team as an Owner Relations & Administration Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing apartment owners and to build and develop relationships with potential investors and other building stakeholders
  • Effectively resolve owner enquiries and concerns
  • Responding to enquiries from apartment owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, apartment returns and general owner account enquiries
  • Implementing strategies and initiatives to increase keys under management
  • Suggesting and implementing strategies to develop and strengthen communications and relations with stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific
  • Cultivating relationships with apartment owners to ensure they are satisfied
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation

Job Requirements:

  • Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A real estate sales certificate would be a bonus
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with an excellent work ethic

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven administrative experience
