Manager, Brand Design – Panera Bread Hiring

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and versatile Senior Designer to join our Brand Design Creative Team. Our growing Creative Team produces engaging, high-quality assets in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Projects range from art directing photo shoots to concepting and executing marketing campaigns to overseeing our graphic designers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all creative is visually “on-brand” across all our marketing channels, acting as brand steward with stakeholders and leadership. You’ll report to the Director of Brand Design and work closely with a talented team of designers and marketers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Give direction and feedback when working with outside design agencies
• Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and align with brand standards
• Lead the creative design development of print and digital marketing communications
• Mentor junior designers to produce and deliver outstanding creative work
• Provide direction and management for photography and video shoots
• Work closely with the Creative Director to concept on-brand visual executions that deliver against business needs
• Facilitate the feedback process, circulating materials for review among internal stakeholders
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of brand standards
• Design an array of brand assets including packaging, uniforms, and experiential elements.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to manage workflow, multiple projects and deliver work on schedule
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills, communicating clearly with various stakeholders and both responding to and providing constructive feedback
• Strong communicator with ability to prioritize and manage work
• Portfolio with compelling sample work

Qualification & Experience:

• Art Direction and Photoshoot experience
• Experience managing and mentoring designers
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software
• 7+ years of Design experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Communication Design, or a related field
