Job Description:
Under the direction of the Wholesale Manager, the Sales Coordinator will have the following responsibilities to demonstrate initiative within:
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with staff during client appointments and pull additional items which could suit the client’s needs for an upcoming appointment
- Involvement with every client interaction, acting as the brand ambassador and helping to close each sale
- Highlight interesting or irregular findings
- Execute visual standards for new product arrivals
- Challenge store staff on reaching sales objectives, highlighting opportunities for their clients
- Provide photo recaps of displays and updates as requested
- Work with store cleaning teams to ensure the shop environment is properly maintained
- Ensure that all styles are represented on the sales floor through regular checks of the stockrooms and rotating through all departments. Ensure the stock is organized for sales teams to easily access and find products.
- Communicate stock outs and other product needs
- Maintain care of shop environment by steaming apparel, shining leathers, clean and perform regular maintenance on display fixtures
Job Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in English, second language is a plus
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in menswear is a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience
