Job Description:
We are seeking individuals with a strong Human Resources generalist background and a minimum of 10 years of experience gained within an international corporate organization, ideally with previous manufacturing environment experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role has both strategic as well as tactical responsibilities; therefore this role will suit an HR professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid professional working relationships at all levels.
- With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of Human Resources administration, the successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to calmly & confidently deal with conflict management.
- Working closely with a wide range of business partners, the ability to command and influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
Job Requirements:
- Working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this pivotal role will drive the optimization of the teams to achieve business goals through strategic HR planning, change management, and organizational design.
- Additionally, this role will manage centralized human resources activities including performance management and talent management, as well as other deployed projects.
