Job Description: The Reprographics Department is a small team working in a busy office environment and is responsible for producing a large percentage of the School’s digital copy and print requirement often to tight deadlines. Job Responsibilities: As the Reprographics Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of a fleet of around 150 MFDs throughout the School including installing, relocating and networking devices as well as replenishing paper and consumables, fixing minor faults and placing engineer calls when necessary. You will also be responsible for delivering all Reprographics printed matter across campus and assisting with printing, copying, finishing (such as bookbinding) and packaging and to cover the Print & Copy Helpdesk in the Library when needed and assist students with printing queries. Training will be provided. Job Requirements: You should have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work independently. You should have experience of using MS Office and have the ability to plan and prioritise your workload in order to consistently meet deadlines and maintain service levels.
