Job Description:

As an Assistant Analytics Manager in the Non Plastics Fraud team within Fraud Insights and Analytics, you’ll be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring fraud rules which are deployed within the fraud decisioning systems, to detect and prevent fraud on Digital, Telephony and Branch transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep track of risk parameters and identify and report any major deviation to more senior colleagues while working within established risk management systems.
• Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using client systems and protocols.
• Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
• Identify shortcomings in current compliance processes, systems and procedures; developing ad hoc solutions to immediate problem, and/or using established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes
• Analyse and keep track of suspected fraud trends and parameters, and identify and report any security threat or suspicious activity to more senior colleagues while providing recommendations for loss mitigation.

Job Requirements:

We’re looking for an experienced data analyst who is passionate about data, keen to learn, and who can embrace new ways of working. In particular, you’ll need to have a solid track record of extracting and manipulating data, and producing insights which inform and shape strategy.
