Job Description:

Your main objective will be to deliver customer-focused insight, devising simple and efficient ways of sharing data and translating it into clear customer insight, with a day to day requirement to work with data via Excel and our Group Data Warehouse (using Teradata). This will be an excellent opportunity for you if you’re keen to broaden your product knowledge, work with a broad range of stakeholders, and further develop your technical capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather data and produce analytical insight into the performance, behaviour and views of small business customers
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders and share analytical findings with Senior stakeholders
• Manipulate, interpret and challenge data using a variety of data modelling tools (Teradata / SQL, Tableau)
• Develop and enhance robust MI reports, using the Group Data Warehouse

Job Requirements:

Ideally, it would be highly desirable if you have advanced Teradata experience, however this is not essential, although you will need to have a basic level of SQL which you can further develop in the role. Plus you’ll need to demonstrate an ability to effectively extract insight from data and build user-friendly Excel reports.
