Job Description:

Within this role, you’ll support our small business customers in a telephony environment with a turnover of up to £3 million. You’ll be providing an exceptional experience throughout all interactions, demonstrating empathy & expertise in order to respond to and meet customers’ higher value lending needs and identify solutions that will support them with their Business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate your expert knowledge, advanced lending accreditations and understanding of our products/services, discussing them regularly and confidently with our customers and therefore delivering fair outcomes
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures and governance requirements applicable to the role and comply with all Government/Local safety guidance.
  • Use your skills and demonstrate flexibility to respond and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers and the Business
  • Remain observant to customer needs and confidently use expertise to identify customers in vulnerable circumstances or those with financial difficulties, proactively offering the most appropriate support
  • Manage your diary and time so you are available to help customers in the most suitable way, demonstrating empathy and expertise to explore their situation and identify the most appropriate solutions for them or additional ways we can help.
  • Support our business customers with secured and complex lending applications, from enquiry to completion.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience, responding to customer’s needs, having quality conversations and owning their Business journey with us, ensuring they receive timely and professional updates.

Job Requirements:

  • Analyse customer data and gather insight, to ensure we provide customers with the right solutions that fit their needs.
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Passionate in customer service delivery, providing outstanding outcomes to all customers, focusing proactively on how to support them through a range of tools, products and services past their immediate needs.
  • Competent in not only making difficult decisions, but also communicating them.
  • Deliver fair outcomes to customers by adhering to policies and procedures
