Job Description:

As part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Divisional Director, you will set direction for the Technical Services function at LEGOLAND New York and ensure alignment to the overall Merlin Group Engineering strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• You thrive with daily challenges and provide creative and solid solutions based on thorough analysis and prioritization
• You are an effective decision-maker who remains calm under pressure, keeping safety in mind as the top priority of our company
• You are an educated engineer or facilities leader
• You have a broad and solid experience in maintenance and/or facilities management
• A full working knowledge of appropriate engineering related statutory requirements
• With your strategic approach, analytic capabilities and personal drive you implement continuous improvement and new processes through powerful and efficient change management

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of property management experience
• Facilities background in a 365 day operation
• 5+ years leadership experience with direct reports

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous experience with contract negotiation and vendor partnerships
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
