Job Description:

Ensures the overall smooth and efficient operation of the hotel as it relates to guest service, greeting guest at the door, luggage handling, luggage delivery, and lobby care and presentation, contributing to the overall creation of memorable experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extending a warm welcome to all guest arriving at the resort.
  • Assists and facilitates guest requests.
  • Welcomes all guest to the Resort, providing dynamic, high quality service to all guests.
  • Opening the door of the car for a guest in a professional manner at the main entrance of the hotel and assisting to unload luggage and other belongings.
  • Facilitates and/or assists with lobby cleanliness and organization.
  • Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Conducting Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest’s arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service, information service and other related tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must be knowledgeable about the local area and surrounding attractions.
  • Candidates must be customer service oriented and be able to stand for long periods of tie.
  • Preferred candidates must be capable of providing excellent customer service, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Prior hotel experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or GED preferred (or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
