Job Description:

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join our Learning & Development organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Estimate and monitor resource requirements
• Lead project scope and project controls in collaboration with other team members
• Manage the design, development, deployment, and measurement of a portfolio of individual learning solutions to drive the delivery of key milestones
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets to ensure on time and on budget delivery of learning solutions
• Coordinate key meetings and tasks that involve transfer of knowledge between teams or involvement of multiple resources

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships
• Demonstrated skills and ability in project management and planning, project risk management, resource management, budget management and team coordination

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum three years of recent experience managing multiple projects, preferably in a learning and development environment
• Experience in MS Project Office or Clarizen preferred
