Job Responsibilities:

• Understand scope and business objectives of development projects and translate them into validation test plans. Manage timelines, inventory, and customer/dealer feedback.
• Reach out and manage the relationship with customers, dealers and field staff coordinating specific product validation.
• Become an expert in setting up, troubleshooting, and understanding customer pain points with new technology solutions
• Work closely with product management, design, marketing, and engineering on overall product discovery.

Qualification & Experience:

• Academic exposure to software engineering, systems engineering, test engineering, or requirements engineering experience with documentation, execution, and reporting
• Deep technical knowledge of precision ag applications
• Experience with scheduling and planning testing activities
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites and interface with customers, dealers, and John Deere field staff on a regular basis
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand engineering test cycles and plan accordingly
• Experience with agriculture vehicles or crop production systems
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to work quickly, ability to adapt to changing requirements and acceptance criteria, and ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Experience in roles that required a working understanding of Agile development practices
• 2+ years of corporate experience Software engineering, systems engineering, test engineering, or requirements engineering experience with documentation, execution, and reporting
