Job Description: The Financial Analyst II is integrally involved in financial planning, analysis and forecasting, including supporting strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, and return on investment evaluations. This position reports to the Director of Strategic Analysis. Job Responsibilities: Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, as required Work closely with business partners in the development of the organization’s annual and multi-year plans Develop recommendations to leaders that support and drive key business, strategic and investment decisions Work with business partners across SDZWA to review financial results, including variances and key metrics, to inform forecasting Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize data and trends Perform return-on-investment analysis of organization programs, projects and opportunities Provide valuable insight with a focus on meaningful and material data points Administer and maintain financial reporting systems Job Requirements: 3-5 years of finance-related experience Analysis of all aspects of organization, including: Revenue, Operating Expense, Labor, Capital Expense, from both a GAAP accounting and cash flow basis Budget planning and development, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, and Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar field preferred.
