Job Description:
The IT integration analyst is tasked with planning, coordinating, and managing the assimilation of new software applications and programs into maurices existing computer network. The Integration Analyst will work closely with functional areas to determine its systemic needs, recommend changes, implement new software solutions and instruct users about the interface.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct procedure development, system maintenance and make improvements through scripting and automation
- Make client environment modifications within client’s system constraints
- Resolve and troubleshoot system issues in client environment. Conduct training for customer user groups on maintenance and software use
- Prepare proposal requests such as bid specification, benchmark studies, cost projections and solution development
- Particulate in analysis and designing of business process, training development and deployment planning
- Provide assistance to System Integration and Project Director Lead according to project management
- Present and evaluate end user capabilities and assemble data to conduct competitive analysis
- Interact with end user team members to complete project activities and deliverables
- Conduct complex studies on automation techniques in interfacing functional areas
- Develop and install systems, conduct associated updates and install software, cabling, hardware and maintenance
- Ensure that the configuration audit and inventory of hardware as well as software is checked out
- Support the assigned duties related to logistics and acquisition automated information system applications
- Collect integration matrix according to measurement collection and project management plan
- Participate in project meetings, hardware and software working groups
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting complex information from various sources and defining go forward solutions
- Strong Communication skills. Abitlity to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical business partners
- Demonstrated experience in finding innovative solutions to problems, an ability to “think outside the box”
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility.
- A team player who favors collaborative approaches when working with internal and external partners
- This role has the ability to be located in Minneapolis, MN OR Duluth, MN
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of successful application integration
- 5+ years of experience with integration middle ware platforms
- Familiar with cloud-based IaaS and PaaS solutions
