Job Responsibilities:

Our P&C Claims is seeking a talented Software Developer. For Insights, this individuals will help drive out claim handler automation opportunities and quality control efficiencies and for Fire Digital this resource will help deliver enhanced dynamic claim status information and estimate details for our customers in the digital channels.

Job Requirements:

• User Interface development using HTML, JavaScript, Spring MVC Integrating APIs and Webservices with backends such as PostgreSQL, MySQL on premises or using public cloud
• Desire and ability to be a polyglot developer based on need (Java, JavaScript, Angular, Python, Node.JS, etc.).
• Working on product teams using techniques such as Sprint and KanBan.
• Competitive candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex, technical knowledge effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, CIS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in developing software solutions in on premises and public cloud environment
• Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, SQS, and other services.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration environments.
• Experience with REST and/or Graph QL frameworks , API development and continuous delivery/testing
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, GIT runners, Terraform and dev ops Web services, RESTful services, Mule, Spring frameworks
