Job Description:

In this role, you will be on the forefront of innovation at Starbucks and will contribute to the team and company’s success by providing analytical support and strategic planning. You will lead portions of strategic projects, including: facilitating and leading teams in front-end innovation efforts, assisting in the development of key partnerships internally and externally, conducting analyses and establishing new organizational capabilities, and developing and communicating recommendations to senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Embrace human-centered design methodology and facilitate various ambiguous front-end innovation projects. Apply agile methodology to lead cross-functional work streams in exploring whitespace opportunities.
• Identify internal and external opportunities for partnerships, specifically focusing on the technology platform. Develop and implement technology platforms to enable teams to be more efficient.
• Communicate learnings and insights to the team and the project manager. Create structured presentations for assigned work streams with minimal assistance from the project manager.
• Develop robust and detailed work plan for assigned portions of project. Manage workload and progress to ensure cross-functional team delivers high-quality work on-time.
• Conduct business analytics to drive strategic insights, support annual operating plan and strategic planning process for R&D and Engineering organization.
• Organize assigned portions of problem or project into logical components and develop a problem-solving approach. Provide problem-solving leadership to cross-functional team.
