We are looking for some forward thinking infrastructure analysts to join our small cross functional product teams leveraging Agile principles. Join a team that is in the process of modernizing our solutions using the latest design patterns and technologies. Job Responsibilities:
- Provides highest level of support for problem and issue resolution and provides technical consultation and direction to business and product team members.
- Conducts research and integrate industry best practices into Enterprise Technology infrastructure processes and potential solutions.
- Drives required product testing practices and solutions to ensure product quality.
- Identifies opportunities for incremental evolution of the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure to support transforming business and technological needs.
- Recommends the appropriate Enterprise Technology infrastructure solutions needed to support business objectives.
- Leads strategic work across the product suite and utilizes infrastructure architecture to increase efficiency and effectiveness of complex solutions.
- Performs vulnerability assessments to highlight issues and help remedy and mitigate risk.
- Applies breadth and depth of knowledge to complete significant troubleshooting on highly complex big data issues or business situations that hinder the achievement of service level objectives.
- Provisions for operating both old and new infrastructure components in parallel as needed.
- Ensures the ability to provide precise measuring, monitoring, and reporting in the design, development, and implementation of an ‘as a Service’ solution.
- Champions and provide guidance with an innovative mind set to deliver product solutions.
- Drives, coordinates and delegates work of other product team members.
