Job Description:
- Contributes to preventing unnecessary costs related to our products and improving the customer’s quality perception
- Works with quality claims as they are received
- Identifies and develops potential growth and improvements for efficient ways of working through cooperation within the store
Job Responsibilities:
- Decides when and how to recover products, while considering the sustainability impact
- Oversees the overall building and maintenance routines for all furniture in the store
- Partners with all coworkers to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability, and quality
- Works with the returns department to confirm items as they are returned and determine the best method to uphold the overall quality of the product
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years leadership experience
- Associate’s Degree preferred
