Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures safe powered equipment operation and racking standards are maintained and coordinates ordering and repairs
  • Contributes to an efficient goods flow by having close cooperation with partners throughout the store
  • Leads the day-to-day operations and activities of the preparation and flow teams
  • Optimizes goods allocation and the planning of space, equipment, and people to minimize customer wait times
  • Maintains the Store Goods Flow system in accordance to routines and procedures
  • Optimizes the efficient flow of goods to the customer in partnership with the customer experience team
  • Leads processes for minimizing local shortages in the store and ensures that the store stock is available for customers

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3 years leadership experience
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
