Job Description:

This position has global responsibility for Hawaiian Airlines’ digital media strategy, planning, execution and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Global Advertising, the successful candidate will partner with country managers and international digital media agencies to drive qualified traffic to our ecommerce store. Responsible for search advertising, affiliate marketing, travel endemic and retargeting programs. Manages a large group of digital media agency direct reports across North America, Hawaii, Asia and Australia. Core member of the team assigned with evolving and implementing Mar Tech/AdTech infrastructure and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build roadmap for affiliate agency partners by setting KPIs, driving optimizations and vetting effectiveness
  • Manage agency resources to deliver against the strategy and produce intended results
  • Manage sales promotion calander
  • Develop annual strategy and plans for digital demand generation channels across all markets, international and domestic
  • Represent global advertising requirements in the design and implementation of Mar Tech infrastructure and process. Liason with IT and Marketing Analytics
  • Lead all digital demand efforts across all markets and digital media formats, which may include, but are not limited to, search advertising, affiliate marketing, travel endemic and retargeting
  • Develop reporting can dance and provide clear, actionable results to stakeholders
  • Develop and manage annual digital media budgets. Manage monthly accruals and forecasting for all markets
  • Drive a test and learn program within our digital demand portfolio to optimize performance against objectives
  • Oversee agency implementation of new ad technology solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have received the COVID Vaccine by date of hire

  • Proven ability to drive results utilizing data
  • Highly detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize while manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Able to travel to and obtain visas for foreign countries
  • Understanding of, and sensitivity to, the Hawaiian Airlines brand, mission, and values

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience directly managing digital media agencies
  • Proficiency in search engine marketing (SEM) and use of SEM tools
  • Ability to speak and/or read, at a business fluency level, Japanese or Korean is a nice to have
  • Experience with international marketing and advertising
  • Well versed in SEM best practices and emerging trends
  • 5 years professional working experience in digital advertising, direct marketing and/or brand management
  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
