Job Responsibilities:

  • Create compensation resources and manager guides to assist with new positions, revisions, and developing career paths
  • Responsible for administering HA’s non-contract compensation program
  • Develop and implement compensation training for managers to promote understanding and transparency
  • Evaluate and analyze salary data to ensure consistency among title and pay grades. Support the ongoing classification of new roles into the established salary structure
  • Lead annual non-contract bonus administration process

Job Requirements:

  • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
  • Knowledge of FLSA, and other applicable labor laws
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) and other analytical tools
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
  • Proven analytical and evaluation skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, quantitative field, or commensurate work experience
  • Experience with data management, analysis and reporting
  • Minimum 2 years compensation experience
