As a member of the Salesforce Solutions Delivery Team you will collaborate on challenging projects that enable you to have a real economic impact for our clients and communities — and your career. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on dashboards and reports
  • Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution
  • Create use cases for business process flows
  • Participate in all delivery phases of Salesforce Solution deployments
  • Work on Salesforce customizations such as creating entities, forms, workflows, business rules
  • Develop training and communications materials to drive user adoption
  • Complete configuration documents
  • Develop requirements specifications and design documents
  • Support the Managers and Senior Managers in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the Salesforce Competency within the Service Delivery Center
  • Document design workshop deliverables
  • Conduct unit tests and analyze results to confirm that developed code meets requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Analytical thinking and aptitude to learn and adapt latest technologies and best industry standards and practices
  • A driver’s license valid in the US
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems or related technology majors, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • One-year experience with analyzing and solving problems of a complex nature and working with business, management and technology concepts
  • An interest in software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis and quality assurance
  • Good understanding of basic programming concepts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, other CRM solutions or cloud-based technologies is a plus

Qualification & Experience:

  • One year of experience as a member of a technology team participating in one or many of the technology life cycle phases; could include requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing
  • One-year experience with implementing technology solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working in a shared services function and environment a plus
