Job Responsibilities:

You can expect to help bolster the EY reputation for quality by detecting and correcting errors in a wide range of content, from financial statements and proposals to marketing pieces and thought leadership. You’ll work alongside internal clients to make certain their material is accurate and concise and aligns with EY legal and brand standards. With clarity as your guiding light, you’ll help polish content until it sparkles.

Job Requirements:

• Adept at working with speed and accuracy
• Excellent proofreading skills adaptable to various electronic markup methods
• Advanced knowledge of English language conventions, usage of style manuals and brand
• Proficient project management skills communicate clearly, gather information, explain markups, assess requirements, identify issues, make decisions, provide estimates and recommend solutions
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related discipline
• Six-plus years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
• Willingness to work overtime, especially during peak seasons
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
• Comfort working in a virtual environment
• Advanced problem-solving skills to identify, resolve and overcome challenges
