Job Description:
The eComm Category Administrative Associate Intern is responsible for providing administrative support for eCommerce Merchandising. The CAA intern works closely with the eCommerce Merchandising team to ensure all eCommerce Merchandising and Marketing activities are properly executed.
How will you do it?
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides and proofs urls across organization
- Manages promotion execution for online SKUs
- Run daily and weekly sales reports by class and department using BAAM
- Compiles and distributes daily reports
- Respond to customer and store requests as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Copy and collate reports, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to successfully execute projects on time
- Flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Retail experience a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- BS/BA in progress
- Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, highly adept at
