Easyjet Vacancies – Campaign Production Assistant

Job Description:

The Campaign Production Executive will work closely across the Marketing and Customer teams, the data team, and key agency and platform partners to build and optimise campaigns through email, SMS and Push notifications. They will manage the creative development and production of pan-European campaigns, and will help build self-serve production tools for the European marketing teams to manage locally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build campaigns to brief, within timescales and with a focus on efficiency and CRM best practice
• Delivery of tactical, one-off sends as well as building automated multi-channel, multi-step marketing programmes within our marketing automation platform Emarsys
• Ensure ECRM rules are preserved
• Support in maintaining the communication planner across all activity
• Support a robust test and learn strategy in all builds, ensuring optimisation can be implemented quickly and efficiently, and results are measurable
• Management of data selections from the customer database housed in the marketing platform
• Help develop best-practice email marketing assets, including a suitable suite of templates and content modules to maximise marketing effectiveness
• Manage projects to brief, proofing, testing, launches with QA effectively managed
• Day-to-day production and delivery support of email, SMS and push communications activity
• Attending and contributing to weekly status meetings with relevant stakeholders and status reports, and taking a lead role at times when necessary
• Apply stringent quality control across all campaign activity including documentation
• Manage multiple projects at any given time, keeping them on track and to scope, applying lessons learned for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Keen creative eye with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills; phone, email and in person
• Ability to prioritise activity and reorganise as needed based on business requirements
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Confident use of platforms and software associated with production and insight reporting

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience of using email marketing platforms, preferably Emarsys but not essential
• Highly numerate and comfortable working with results of numerical analysis
