Job Description:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the delivery of The Walt Disney Company recruitment objectives, through provision of a quality driven, cost effective and timely recruitment service to their aligned markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process creating the hiring strategy for the client to fully understand the requirements of each vacancy to ensure the shortlisted CVs are of the quality desired.
• Decide on the most appropriate methodology including direct sourcing, head hunting, advertising, agencies and exploring internal solutions
• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion of recruitment assignments Ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-add and cost effective
• Proactively partner and lead relationship with Hiring Managers (up to Executive level) to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues (temporary, permanent, fixed term) as well as looking at the most effective manner/way to source candidates (True Subject Matter Experts).
• Undertake initial pre-screening through both CV review and telephone screening & with line managers as required, exercising judgement on candidate suitability and influencing and motivating candidates to opportunities.
• Deliver quality candidates through a range of direct sources to ensure effective delivery of The Walt Disney Company’s recruitment objectives, with a strong focus on direct sourcing.
• Create talent pipelines for future requirements where appropriate
• Attend external agency or internal resourcing briefings and where relevant / appropriate offer advice on role specifications
• Draft creative and engaging adverts that will attract quality candidates to our vacancies.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of delivering direct sourcing across multiple different and diverse roles
• Experience of recruiting in a Media/Entertainment or a DTC environment is highly desirable
• Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment in an in-house, RPO or agency capacity

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to operate and navigate in an environment of change and ambiguity
• Due to the client groups this role will be supporting, the candidates must be fluent in Turkish and English
• Experience recruiting remotely for roles outside of their base country.
• Experience in a large, multinational corporate environment preferred
