Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Communications Manager, as an HR Communications Officer, you will be a member of the Disneyland Paris Communications Division. The division is made up of some sixty Talents who use their creativity and passion for the brand to promote the following issues Corporate Social Responsibility, Government Affairs, Public Relations, Internal/External Communications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • From a creative and editorial perspective, ensure the smooth and effective execution of the strategy daily.
  • Contribute to determining the brand’s key moments and orchestrating communication plans.
  • Participate in the development of the roadmap for internal and external HR topics, keeping in mind our reputation and the priorities – key corporate events, conferences, trade events, key media, etc.
  • Benchmark and monitor trends in HR communications.
  • Develop the brand’s reputation internally and externally.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop communications plans and content.
  • Ideally a 5-year degree in Business/Communications or equivalent with a specialization in communication and a first experience of at least 1 year in Corporate Communications or with an agency.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven skills in strategic thinking, creativity and problem solving.
  • Languages (Read/Written/Spoken): Fluent French minimum (C1) with excellent written and oral communication skills and English minimum intermediate-advanced (B2)
  • A strong HR media network and knowledge of social media would be a plus.
