Job Description:
Our Marne-la-Vallée Central Reservations Office has today over 450 employees including our Sales and Customer Relations teams. We are available every day to answer to our clients preparing their visit to Disneyland Paris. We reply to their queries and requests by telephone, email or chat, in 7 different languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish portugese and Italian).
Job Responsibilities:
- To advise and inform our individual clients and travel agents in their respective language about all our products (stays, hotels, tickets, transport (for some markets), annual passports, excursions, dinner shows, restaurants, birthday parties, etc.) by telephone, e-mail and/or live chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing their needs from A to Z during the entire booking process
- Interact with our internal stakeholders (hotels, park visitor relations, etc.) and external partners for specific requests (events, medical needs, dietary restrictions, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- You are comfortable using the telephone, you are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (even when using several applications at the same time) and have a great sense service as well as an appetite for new technologies and social networks.
Qualification & Experience:
- You have already demonstrated your skills during a first experience in sales or in the tourism industry.
- You have excellent active listening skills and are fluent in French (C1), English (C1) and Spanish (C1) in order to be able to interact with our international customers.
