Job Description:
Disney’s Addressable Ad Operations team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Account Management who will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, direction and management of the account management team responsible for the Category, Performance Marketing and Media Operations verticals in their execution of ad campaigns across Hulu business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiating and overseeing projects that increase team’s efficiency and accuracy
- Is one of the day-to-day contacts with our out-sourced partners to insure that we continue to provide white-glove service to our clients
- Handling escalations and troubleshooting of any issues
- Leading and managing the direction of the team
- Developing long-term training and education strategies for the team
- Work with the ad ops management to develop business rules and policies for the ops org to follow.
- Represent the Addressable Ops org within the overall Ad Ops org
Job Requirements:
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and loves to solve problems
- Can operate both tactically and strategically with the ability to lead the team to execute on organizational priorities
- 7+ years’ experience in digital ad operations at a publisher, ad tech company, ad agency or ad network
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to digital ad operations pitch-to-pay processes and systems
Qualification & Experience:
- Mastery of the digital online ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, etc., as well as ad serving technologies such as VAST and VPAID
- Experience with Operative 1 or other digital order management system
- Experience with digital display and video ad formats (i.e. VAST) on all platforms web, mobile, app and OTT/ CTV platforms
- Ability to aggregate/normalize data from multiple sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format; build executive-level dashboards
- Deep understanding of measurement vendors (i.e: Nielsen, Moat) and the operational complexities of measureable inventory vs. non-measureable inventory
- Mastery of digital ad serving tools for video and display
- Familiarity with live streaming ad insertion (DAI/SSAI)
