Job Description: To facilitate the efficient project management, and production of promotions and multi-platform content, to the required budgets, deadlines and creative expectations for Media Networks. Job Responsibilities: Research and present production plans, budgets and schedules for productions and projects as required Work alongside the Creative Manager and Producers to utilise available resources efficiently and for maximum impact. Co-manage the success of the projects and output of the department Manage dept spend and monthly/quarterly reports for finance, with detailed justification for all spend incurred, and realistic projections for all planned spend. Reconcile all budgets against forecast Host project status and production meetings, creating agenda, minutes and actions Ensure all key production and operational workflows are supported (with post production house, 3rd party suppliers, and within channel management systems etc.) Negotiate rates with freelancers and 3rd party services providers Assist with the recruitment of appropriate freelance staff as required and support their integration and induction Manage talent /cast hiring processes and on-going relations when required Quote for internal marketing and XLOB projects and track the expenditure for quarterly re-charge purposes. Manage internal stakeholders and key relationships across line of business Planning the production work flow from start to finish at a regional and local level Job Requirements: Substantial, proven multi-platform experience within Production at a Manager level, ideally a multi- feed, with a focus on European Markets Strong technical expertise (experience in post-production and channel play out environments) Qualification & Experience: Good understanding of production insurance requirements Budgeting and scheduling experience to the highest level Up to date knowledge of industry body regulations (Bectu, OFCOM, Equity, Clearcast etc.) Working knowledge of Adobe / Mediator/ BSS and or similar channel management systems Job Details: Company: The Walt Disney Company Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careersvite.com
