Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Attraction team members can work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Members of the Boutiques teams have the opportunity to work in several places, both inside and outside.
• Daily responsibilities may include welcoming guests, loading and unloading attractions, operating attraction systems, presenting the adventure in different languages.
• Daily responsibilities may include helping customers by answering their questions, providing information and responding to their special requests, operating a point-of-sale (cash register) system, handling cash, stockpiling, inventory and light cleaning.
• The members of the Cleaning team can work in various places, both inside and outside. Daily responsibilities may include cleaning tables, emptying garbage cans, picking up paper, using chemicals, heavy lifting, prolonged standing, sweeping, general site cleaning, interacting with guests and answering their questions.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
• Excellent sense of hospitality
• Fluent in French (B2) and Intermediate English (B1)
• Ability to perform several tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment
• Standing for 2 to 3 hours at a time
• Be at least 18 years old
• Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

• Able to make independent decisions for our Visitors
• Support from other actors working in your team
• Can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Self-directed (can perform tasks with minimal supervision)
• Receptive to special requests
• Ability to handle and resolve situations Visitor
• Enthusiastic about interacting with and helping the Visitors.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of schedules, including weekends, holidays and special events.
• Eager to follow instructions and take instructions
• Willingness to work outdoors even in bad weather
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Flexible/adaptable
