Job Description:

In this context, we are recruiting an Application Support Analyst who will be in charge of the current support of these applications, their maintenance and the participation in various projects of evolution of these tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure integration support, whether for local interfaces, interfaces with global systems or with external partners;
• Manage incidents and change requests as part of corrective and evolutionary maintenance;
• Analyze the needs expressed by the business teams and write the functional and/or technical specifications for the development teams;
• Ensure, on a daily basis, the support of the current applications (in particular our time management applications, interim management, application for the management of our employees’ suits);
• Participate in the study and implementation of new projects (replacement of an old application, revision of interfaces between existing applications, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• You are graduated of a higher education degree in IT and have at least 3 years of experience in support or project management for time management or HRIS applications;
• You have already participated in deployments or implementations of IS on the IT side;

Qualification & Experience:

• You have already practiced a database language such as SQL and know a relational database system such as Informix, SQL Server or Oracle; ideally you have already practiced Business Object;
• You know how to manage incidents, the integration between two applications and how to make specifications;
• You are fluent in English and French (C1 level).
