Job Description:

This individual will be leading a team of recruiters this position is responsible for developing talent acquisition strategy and managing the implementation of recruitment, selection and resourcing activities for Rite Aid corporate, field and distribution centers Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent acquisition and staffing strategies including recruiting and selection approaches for corporate, field and distribution centers to hire top candidates. Lead a team of recruiters to source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and orientate new hires.
  • Manage the college recruitment strategy for field and corporate positions to attract candidates that will grow with the business.
  • Measure and drive team results by tracking and analyzing cost per hire, time to fill, retention, turnover rates, college recruiting and internship statistics, candidate experience, growth of talent network, advertising expense and other metrics to determine ROI.
  • Source, evaluate, develop and implement tools that will aid in the selection of qualified candidates at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and function business partners to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in leading the recruiting function in a corporate setting, evaluating and selecting vendors and assessment tools required
  • Manage and coordinate internships and other rotation opportunities to build the talent pipeline and source and recruit top talent.
  • Manage the budget and relationships with vendors to ensure systems, tools and resources provide a return on investment. I.e. LinkedIn, Career Builder, etc
  • 10 years of experience as Recruiter required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources or related field required required.
  • Experience in a healthcare and retail environment preferred
