Create a culture of inspiring and developing leaders. See that Management puts the processes and tools in place to achieve the fundamentals for success. Develop organizational skills with above store leaders and General Managers to promote life-work balance and reduce turnover and training expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures while being responsible for the efficiency and sustainable growth of the business by following up not only in a weekly and monthly basis but daily as well.
  • The DO role is a key member of the leadership team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He or She must monitor and have the pulse of all business operations. The expectation is to be an inspirational, effective, and efficient leader. People development, excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethic is a requirement of the position.
  • Work with CEO to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Manage operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established goals, objectives and policies
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of Regional Managers. Plus maintenance and administrative team.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication through development and creating a culture of understood expectations from both employer and employee.
  • Evaluate performance of above store leadership based on both personal growth, performance, and financial success.
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance and requirement.
  • Assist CEO in whatever is required.
  • Work to expand and promote Dunkin’ not only how directed but envisioned.
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful leader.
  • Strong financial background and understanding of P&L’s and possess the ability to demonstrate analytical skills in interpreting results and turning analysis into successful action plans for the divisions of Operations
  • Understand Real Estate and Development
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience in Marketing & Fundraising
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
