Job Description:

The Digital Production Designer role is a creative position that is ideal for a motivated individual with a talent for building digital assets and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Asset support for a range of digital projects include emails, website, mobile, app, display and landing pages. Troubleshoot, develop and test new layouts within mobile-first HTML templates for email and website. This person will deliver final release ready artwork & HTML while maintaining production deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production and design of digital assets from HTML templates to final layouts while maintaining job specifications and brand integrity.
• Test, troubleshoot and adjust code in website platform and execute scheduling of website content.
• Prepare files for each proofing cycle including supplemental design elements, execute edits, corrections or template modifications and prepare files for release.
• Responsible for remote night/weekend coverage when required, due to business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: 2 Year Associate Degree in related field.
• Preferred: 4 Year BFA Design or related field.
• Proficient in XHTML, HTML, JS, CSS.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Digital production experience preferred.
• Production processes experience highly desired.

Qualification & Experience:

• Required: 0 – 2 years, a digital focus and strong portfolio.
• Preferred: 2 – 4 years, a digital production focus.
• Preferred: 4 – 6 years, retail experience a plus
