Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work with large scale and complex traditional and non-traditional data sources to identify opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency of marketing initiatives
  • QA/QC data and report output to ensure accuracy
  • Create and automate reporting and the dashboards that support business partners across the company
  • Analyze marketing, customer, and sales data to measure and monitor performance by channel
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in leveraging quantitative tools and approaches to transforming raw data into insights, such as data mining, dimension reduction, segmentation, response modeling, and designing of experiments.
  • Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignments
  • Manage, measure, and provide insights on corporate level tests

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with senior leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly to deliver on multiple projects while maintaining a service-oriented, customer–centric focus
  • Strong analytical thinker in an unstructured/ whitespace environment
  • Demonstrated skill communicating complex analysis to non-experts
  • Ability to interpret various sources of business data, synthesize and deliver actionable insights to leadership team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail required

Qualification & Experience:

  • Well versed in data mining (databases, querying languages, SQL)
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related scientific discipline)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in decision sciences
  • Fluent in data fundamentals: SQL, data manipulation using a procedural language (R, Python), statistics, experimentation, and modeling
  • Advanced Excel with higher level math and logic skills
