Job Description:

The Northeast Market Manager, Corporate Loss Prevention will be responsible for providing support for programs and associates at our stores in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual training sessions for Senior Retail Performance and Store Operations Managers and Loss Prevention Leads.
  • Identify loss prevention and risk management priorities in a changing retail environment.
  • Maintain effective lines of communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide decision-making guidance.
  • Monitor general liability and workers’ compensation expense plans.
  • Participate in various multi taskforces.
  • Conduct loss prevention associate meetings, conference calls, and ongoing communication with each location.
  • Ensure effective crisis management and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Evaluate individual training needs for loss prevention personnel.
  • Ensure that team loss prevention awareness programs are effectively maintained by the Senior Retail Performance and Store Operations
  • Managers and Loss Prevention Leads.
  • Monitor locations for compliance to risk management programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with associates, visitors and vendors
  • Computer skills on a variety of programs
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to perform under pressure

Qualification & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Loss Prevention Management experience required. Multi-unit experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
